How the Pro trial works
After registration, new self-service organizations receive a 14-day Pro trial through normal organization creation. No payment method is required to start the trial. All Pro features are available during the trial.
The trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. No automatic charge occurs when the trial ends.
If you do not subscribe, your organization moves to Free. Your existing data remains preserved, and Pro-only features become unavailable while on Free.
When you decide to subscribe
Pro is available for $30 USD per month or $300 USD per year.
Paid subscriptions begin only after an authorized organization administrator deliberately completes Stripe Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Subscription management and cancellation are available through Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
